Machinery dolly trucks are intended for use singularily or in pairs for moving machinery and other bulky loads, not exceeding 1089 kg (2400 pounds) per truck. over short distances on paved surfaces.

5.1 Ordering data. Acquisition documents must specify the following:

a. Title, number, and date of this CID.

b. Issue of DODISS to be cited in the solicitation.

c. Type, PIN and quantity of dolly trucks required.

d. Selection of applicable level and packaging requirements.

5.2 Part or identification number (PIN). The PINs to be used for dolly trucks acquired to this CID are created as follows:

5.3 Cross-reference data. Doily trucks conforming to this CID are interchangeable/substitutable with dolly trucks conforming to MIL-T-19147D.

5.4 Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580 to the maximum extent practicable.
